To kick off our collaboration and ensure its success, we need you to take a quick initial step. Namely, there is a report that needs to be filled out and sent to the service department. It is included in the cardboard box along with the plotter.

 

To activate your account and begin using the plotter, it is necessary for you to complete the report and send it back to us. When you turn on the device, the app will prompt you for your login details. Before you can use these details to access the app, however, the service department must first accept them.
